ROLES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with the sales team and
pre/post-sales engineers to facilitate an efficient and effective sales cycle.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities,
including emerging markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships,
products, and services, with a focus on cybersecurity.
Develop a database of qualified leads through
various channels, including referrals, face-to-face meetings, phone calls,
emails, social selling, and networking.
Prepare compelling proposals and quotations by
accurately identifying customer requirements, and follow up diligently to
convert leads into sales.
Engage in activities to expand the sales
pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
Create and deliver impactful proposal
presentations and RFP responses that clearly address prospects' business
challenges and the solutions we offer.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our
solutions in alignment with customer needs and objectives, fostering long-term
relationships.
Supervise sales representatives to enhance
performance and achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with sales and support teams to
drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term account success in
alignment with company goals.
Update and maintain the Salesforce CRM system to
track sales activities and manage the pipeline effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Sales, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Business Development,
Sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and
written, including presentations, negotiations, and proposal writing.
Ability to develop and implement effective
business strategies aligned with company objectives, leveraging market insights
and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in negotiating terms and contracts
with clients and partners to secure favorable deals.
Strong networking skills to build and maintain
relationships with potential clients, industry contacts, and strategic
partners.
Ability to manage multiple projects and
initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution.
