Senior Tech Lead

• AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer)
• Experience in managing technical delivery teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable software solutions for U.S. enterprise clients.
• Design, implement, and fine-tune relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, including writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures for performance.
• Build and manage data warehouses and columnar databases for analytics, ensure scalability, security, and high availability, and implement robust backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for U.S.-based stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
• Provide hands-on development in Java (8, 11, 17), Python, JavaScript (Angular), and Spring Boot.
• Design and optimize MongoDB (including Atlas) and SQL-based data solutions.
• Architect and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging services like EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and AWS WAF.
• Lead containerization and CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Jenkins, and Git.
• Experienced in designing, developing, and optimizing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines for large-scale data integration and processing. Skilled in ensuring data accuracy, performance, and automation across multiple data sources and environments.
• Implement robust observability using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Integrate third-party solutions like Google ReCaptcha to enhance platform security and usability.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive engineering best practices.
• Participate in system design, threat modeling, and performance optimizations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8-10 + years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients or distributed international teams.
• Expertise in:
• SQL optimization and query performance tuning.
• MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDBDatabases
• Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot
• Python
• JavaScript (Angular)
• Docker, Jenkins, Git
• AWS (Advanced level) including security tools like AWS WAF
• CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Monitoring with Prometheus & Grafana
• Google ReCaptcha integration
