Job Description

This is a 2-3 month assignment, Part Time 60-100 hrs, that requires experience in NetSuite to support our internal team with the configuration, optimization, and implementation of NetSuite Reports and KPI Dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Improve management and financial reporting.
• Optimize existing dashboards and KPI structures.
• Implement SaaS-specific reporting best practices (Subscription metrics, ARR/MRR tracking). 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, specifically in Reports, Saved Searches, and KPI Dashboard configuration.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing executive or management dashboards.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite Analytics Workbook / SuiteAnalytics.
• Solid grasp of SaaS business metrics, including: MRR, ARR, Churn, Retention, Expansion, Subscription billing, Deferred revenue and revenue recognition.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with finance and operations teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
