To ensure the market leadership of the company in the competitive set by retaining the existing clients and building new business alliances.
Responsibilities:
Sort accounts from the main master sheet and assign same to individual executives, log in activities for the day for each account, update any new account or contact person met and update SFA for the purpose of facilitating budgeting and account development plans.
Conduct rate negotiations with clients based on guidelines provided by supervisor and ensure mutual agreement on offered rates.
Follow up with client post-delivery and signing of the rate letter.
Review rates depending upon materialization and load rates through CRO if RFPs are accepted, or re-negotiate with hotels and resend the RFP for acceptance.
Review past data on portfolio productivity executive and current year forecasts and set targets for the team on monthly, quarterly and semi annual basis based on approved budget from supervisor; set targets on Room nights, ARRs and revenue for the team.
Review the plan periodically to monitor the gap between budgets and actuals and take corrective action wherever required.
Perform HR management duties such as appraisals and training of personnel to enhance efficiency of the workforce, if required.
Identify key hit and retention accounts and accompany field teams on specified targeted calls to familiarize and acquire the same.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on conference business as per a predetermined format and update the conference calendar in order to ensure proper and time bound documentation of sales activities for further analysis.
Ensuring channel pricing is in line with the strategy of the company for the period reviewed and conduct reviews to check on the effectiveness of various packages and promotions in order to optimize on room utilization and maximize revenue

Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
Adherence to company Values.
Hotel Management Degree/ Masters in Business Management/ Marketing.
Understanding of company & its Business, Competition, knowledge of Domestic/ International market, Industry trends etc.
Cross functional/ knowledge of other functions, Analytical skills, Communication and Networking skills.
Travel:
Should be flexible to move within the company according to requirement and also for personal growth.
Language Proficiency:
Should be fluent in both English and Hindi.
IT Knowledge:
Medallia– functional understanding.
Microsoft Office, Oracle Orion R12.
