Senior Manager / Manager - Projects & Hospitality

Job Description

To drive growth and excellence in projects and hospitality business of our client company in Sri Lanka, through client focused leadership and industry collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Clients, Architects, Interior Designers and Contractors to build key industry connections for growth.
• Exceed sales targets with strategic approaches.
• Ensure exceptional customer service.
• Tendering and Documentation Management.
• Optimize cash flow and receivables.
• Provide data driven insights for decision making and align promotions with business goals.
• Lead the team to maximize productivity and achieve collective goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management or a related qualification.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of related experience.
• Proven experience in project and hospitality management.
• Strong connect with architects, contractors, decision makers in projects (Sri Lanka and Maldives) preferred.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
