We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our organization. As a technology-driven ERP solutions provider, we require a dynamic individual who can ensure robust financial management, maintain strong relationships with banks, partners, and investors, and play a pivotal role in driving growth through sound financial planning and capital-raising initiatives. The CFO will work closely with the Board of Directors and senior management team to align financial objectives with overall business goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in line with business objectives.
Drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning to ensure sustainable growth.
Monitor financial performance and provide insights to the Board and senior management.
Manage the company’s cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational needs.
Oversee fundraising activities including raising equity, securing financing, and managing investor relations.
Ensure optimal capital structure and cost of capital for business expansion.
Oversee preparation of management accounts, financial statements, and statutory reporting.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure transparent reporting.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, investors, and strategic partners.
Negotiate financing arrangements and manage banking facilities.
Act as a financial advisor to the Board and senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
Oversee the finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial operations.
Implement systems and processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and risk management.
Support business development initiatives and M&A opportunities from a financial perspective.
Requirements:
Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) with a strong financial background.
Minimum 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a technology, ERP, or SaaS-based environment.
Proven experience in fundraising, equity financing, and investor relations.
Strong knowledge of local tax laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards.
