As the Confidential Secretary to the company Council of Management, you will be at the heart of strategic operations, working closely with top-level decision-makers. This high-trust role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, professionalism and a commitment to confidentiality. You will support the Council and Executive Committee by managing sensitive correspondence, facilitating internal and external communication, and coordinating critical meetings and documentation, playing a vital role in the smooth functioning of the company's governance.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Council and Executive Committee.
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and draft official communications.
Handle confidential documentation and sensitive communications with utmost discretion.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders including government bodies.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ensure the integrity of all communications and actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, PR or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within a corporate, dipliomatic or high-level professional setting.
Strong command of written and spoken English, with proven ability to draft high-level reports and formal communications.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern collaboration tools.
Excellent organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills, ability to handle pressure and work with integrity.
