Responsibilities:
Design and Layout: Create digital graphics, print media and branding elements, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
Content Creation: Design promotional material, social media graphics, and website visuals.
Maintenance and Updates: Regularly update and maintain design assets to ensure all designs are consistent with the latest trends and best practices.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to understand design requirements, translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs and ensure cohesive messaging.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication approach for different audiences.
Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with sales, product and global marketing teams.
