Responsibilities:
Manage ENT and SME renewals in assigned accounts throughout the complete sales cycle.
Build strong customer relationships with partners and customers, through high volume of outbound customer calls.
Manage the different facets of subscription and support renewals.
Establish a mechanism to achieve Monthly / Quarterly and Annual Sales / gross profit renewal targets assigned by Business Lead - Renewals.
Be responsive in a timely manner to win deals with company value proposition towards the growth on the existing base.
Work with the product teams to receive feedback on the growing requirements of a customer / partner.
Monitor accounts and identifying, evaluating and work on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries & amp; leads and sales visits.
