• Degree or full / part qualification in CIM/SLIM or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years industry experience
• Experience in handling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) would be an added advantage
• Must have a proven track record
• Strong background in negotiating, tendering and estimating
• Should be able to communicate fluently in English/Sinhala Languages
• Should be a team player
