Ideal Candidate should be the main contact point for Postal Department Third party policy issuance attached to head office. As the core activity he/she will be responsible to do coordination between Postal department/sales/UW/Finance and make sure that requests received from Department of Postal Authority are maintained and delivered within the set deliverable times. Should be having good communication skills mainly Sinhala, English Oral & Written skills + prefer if Tamil Oral skills also available. should be willing to work on adjustable working hours.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Daily report downloading.
System uploading and policy processing.
Arrange Insurance cards within day by 12.00 Noon.
After reconciliation send all insurance cards to post office before 3 PM.
Daily updating the Postal Register (Main Book Shared File).
Daily updating the payment to register and sending matching instructions to finance.
Sending Received physical docs to scanning.
Attending to Customer inquiries when Sales Team is on field.
Cover Note Management - Sending Cover Notes by updating the Cover Note Registers (Shared File) and updating the completed once.
Certificate Management - Sending Certificate Sheet Books to respective DOP outlet whenever sent once are over.
Supporting the Sales Team by typing letters to submit District DOP Units for requesting meetings.
Handling postal inquire.
Excel competency.
