We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.
This is a part-time remote (most of the time) and on-location (as needed) position that is flexible and gives up to 15 hours on a weekly basis. If everything works out, we may consider going full-time.
Acting as the point of contact Answer/screen phone calls, open/sort mail and ensure that messages are accurate and delivered in a timely fashion.
Calendar management Maintain appointment schedule; planning, updates, and notifications as necessary.
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executive.
Travel management Arrange travel including hotel, flight, and transportation.
Create and maintain effective electronic filing system.
Document preparation and proofreading.
Purchasing inventory and other items for the home.
Plan appointments and events.
Complete other assignments as delegated.
Suggest more efficient ways to run the office, home and troubleshoot malfunctions.
Great personality with positive attitude.
Independent worker with initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and the ability to deliver work at the highest quality.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
Computer, Microsoft Office and English proficiency.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.

Must be able to pass basic background screening and drug test.
Punctual & Flexible.
Having valid driver’s license with clean driving record is bonus, but not mandatory. (picking up groceries and servicing the car, etc.)
