Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Understanding the product portfolio and respective clientele of JIPLC
• Taking the concept of Insurance at JIPLC to society Developing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders of business
• Prospecting, contacting and meeting with clients to meet their needs with unique JIPLC product propositions
• Discussing adequacy of existing covers andsuggesting modifications and upgrades whereneeded
• Augmenting existing products and building new customised products to meet the changing demands
• Ensuring all other operational and servicing requirements of policies are met timely
• Performing any other related duties assigned

Requirements :

• Willingness and passion to succeed in the Insurance industry
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and charismatic personality
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to deeply analyse situations and provide solutions
• Proficient knowledge on Microsoft Office
• GCE O/Level and A/Level or equivalent
• Diploma/Bachelors in Sales/Marketing/Business Mgt or related field (added advantage)
• Willingness or experience in sales and working with teams with consistent performance
