A well reputed company specializing in quality online education and technology is on the lookout for an experienced Finance Manager to perform effective management and plan the organization’s financial strategy.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership and management to the Finance and Billing Team in developing short and long term financial goals.
• Provide financial strategy recommendations to the CEO and leadership team.
• Manage vendor relationships and lead the company's investor forums/meetings.
• Identify and address potential financial risks for the company.
• Oversee all financial decisions, such as budgeting and auditing.
• Implement strategies and systems to improve financial performance.
• Review financial reports and determine methods to reduce costs.
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager.
• Completion of CIMA / ACCA / CA or a Degree in Accounting / Finance.
• In-depth knowledge of financial systems, corporate financial law, and risk management practices.
• Prior experience in managing investors and representing the company at public forums.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Ability to strategize and solve problems.
• Strong leadership, adaptability to change, and communication skills.
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
• Prior experience in startups or the Ed-tech industry would be an added advantage.
