Effectively plan and support the organizations presence at conferences and events, including
events hosted by the company, such as forums, seminars, webinars etc.
Measure their effectiveness against objectives, ensure appropriate post-event follow up and
provide figures for month-end reporting.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the
organization that represents the corporate identity and supports the organization’s mission.
Work with internal stakeholders to create event content, collateral, and presentations.
Execute the internal & external communications plan to support the events plan and group
marketing strategy.
Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to maintain a consistent and accurate flow
of information.
Prepare and deliver presentations.
Represent the company in a variety of settings and always promoting the company in the best
possible way.
Requirements :
Education – Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Degree or an equivalent
qualification.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Track record in supporting well-attended events to deliver tangible results.
Experience in liaising with partners, suppliers and agency resources.
Sound knowledge in event planning and communications processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to work to deadlines.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to think creatively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
