Responsible for setting the 'go-live' marketing strategy,
from awareness to user acquisition, conversion & retention plans.
Ensure user base
growth across new user acquisition, activation, retention, an conversion using
multi-channel approaches, along with customized strategies to ensure high
customer lifetime value.
Fully manage the
E-commerce presence of the business.
(Merchandising strategies, SEO, SEM).
Manage paid media marketing performance strategies and
ensure the continuous optimization versus growth KPIs plus ROIS.
Strategize, plan and report marketing budgets with growth targets
and revenues maximization across all digital channels.
Maintain a healthy ROI rate versus digital spend from design
to audience targeting. digital platform selection to marketing insights and
optimization.
Manage the creation of digital marketing campaigns, visuals
and designs in line with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and tailoring
them to each digital channel.
Lead on apps' social media presence, content positioning
& influencer marketing strategies.
Requirements
5 years of experience with setting up, executing, and
planning paid campaigns.
Hands-on experience
in Facebook marketing. Instagram marketing, and Google ads.
Should have directly managed digital paid channels,
preferably on the client-side, (Facebook and Google are a must-have) for at
least 3 years.
You have experience
from a relevant role in a relevant brand, an e-commerce company, Digital
Performance Agency, or a startup.
