• Manage Product development, business plan and product offers
• Develop decisive strategies that deliver tangible business results and create and drive Go-To-Market strategies for new products or enhancements
• Design, implement and manage Mobile Money customer life cycle
• Drive customer acquisition programs and usage of mCash
• Acquire new partner Businesses, enhance the revenue and transaction volume of Mobile Money products (mCash & Mobile Financial Services)
• Preparation of reports, analysis, monitoring & conduct presentations for respective stakeholders
• Competitor screenings; identify customer needs and competitor solutions to drive new business opportunities
• Should possess a bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Marketing or be full / part qualified in CIM/SLIM
• Minimum 02 years’ work experience in a similar field is required
• Proficiency with MS Office especially with Excel, Power Point, Internet and Web Based applications
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills, creative, detail oriented, and solid problem-solving skills with a passion for new technologies
• Willing to work extended hours if required and good attitude towards work
• Be a committed individual with the ability to work independently, team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels
