Supervising,
motivating and monitoring team performance and provides leadership towards the
achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s
vision and values
Developing
and implementing effective strategic plans with a clear vision on sales
Identifying
innovative methods of promoting company and its products and services to customers
Reviewing
market analysis to determine customer needs, sales volume potential &
setting budgets / targets to meet management goals
Developing
and maintaining a strong work relationship with clients/customers, architects,
procurement managers, keys management and initiating contacts with other
relevant agents
Responsible
for the development and performance of all sales activities of the Department
Managing
and controlling the projects and ensuring that projects are running as per the
scheduled timeline
Ensuring
that actual cost of project is in line with the estimated cost and investigating
if any variation found to determine the reason for the same
Reviewing
the receivable aging statement to ensure that payments are received in time. In
case of any delay in payment, coordinating with Sales Team to take necessary
arrangement to collect such payments
Identify
new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends,
customers, products and services
Reviewing
and analyze the sales performance of Products and Sales Executives and ensuring
that monthly and yearly targets are achieved. In case of any deficit in
achieving the target, discussing with Sales Executives, identifying the reason
and providing necessary support to rectify the issues
Instructing
the Finance for preparing sales invoices for the projects executed based on the
payment certificate from the customers or measurement sheet received from
concerned Sales / Technical Executives
Setting
the sales target of each team members and motivating them and leading the team
to achieve sales targets
Visiting
customers and potential customers along with Marketing staff to see the project
progress, obtain customer feedback, resolve issues identified and promote
products and services
Arranging
to attend industry conferences and events in order to have the knowledge of
updated market trend and also to have good relationship with clients
Coordinate
with warehouse and procurement team in order to avail the required material on
time based on the request from the Sales Team
All
other related work with the intention of growth of Company and based on
instruction from Director
