Job Description
Responsibilities:
Acquire and manage key target
brands in aligning with a long-term strategic plan.
On-board new sellers with high
potential, and facilitate marketing collaborations between the brand and Tribe.
Liaise with and provide information
and clarification to potential brands who have shown interest in joining Tribe
as sellers.
Manage sales pipeline.
Maintain consistent contact with
existing clients.
Analyze market and establish
competitive advantages.
Track metrics to ensure targets are
hit.
Implement campaigns and
initiatives targeting new brands to boost performance.
Identify new market segments
and valuable brand prospects through market analysis.
Perform routine administrative duties
related to the core role.
Requirements:
At least 3 to 5 years of e-commerce,
retail merchandising, or business management experience; ideally in category
management across multiple categories.
Exceptional relationship development
skills at all levels; with a proven track record in stakeholder management
(both internal and external).
Excellent written & verbal
communication as well as presentation skills.
Customer-focused and thrives in a
fast-paced environment.
Pro-active entrepreneurial attitude.
Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint,
Word & Excel) – ability to develop & deliver quality presentations.
