· Identifying the students’ needs, matching it with the tutor profiles and assign tutors for trials accordingly
· Finding your own leads and making out-bound calls to prospects
· Responding to incoming leads with an aim to convert to a positive sale
· Handling inbound calls, chat inquiries and emails in a professional manner
· Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery
· Escalating customer feedback as required
· You have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a Sales role, ideally within the Education/ Tech industry/ E-commerce industries
· Experience of lead generation via Social Media will be an added advantage
· A thorough understanding of international curriculum is a strong plus
· You are a strong networked & relationship builder
· You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
· Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
· Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
