Ensuring timely requests are made for the inventory item reaching Re-order Level (RoL)
or requested by the Sales & Marketing Division
Fulfillment of requirements for packing materials, office stationery and showroom stock
requests
Coordinating with the Administrative Manager on any procurement issues i.e. debit note
for purchase returns, quantity discrepancies, items mismatch, etc.
Coordinating with Manager – Sales & Marketing and Administrative Manager to establish
and monitor Re-order Level (RoL) of inventory items through the system
Ensuring items are stored in compliance with standard practices to improve efficient use
of stores and to facility FIFO basis for inventory movement
Maintaining and timely updating inventory records for easy access to up-to-date
information and facilitate audit trail
Managing optimum inventory level to ensure no stock-out situation arises
Reporting on non-moving, slow-moving, damaged or obsolete items to the Management to
take appropriate action
Performing quality control and setting KPIs to improve same
Executing and monitoring delivery schedules in collaboration with Manager – Sales &
Marketing and Administrative Manager
Maintaining a safety and tidy environment in the stores
