Roles and
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and
clients, providing professional and friendly assistance both in person and over
the phone.
Manage daily front office operations, including
handling calls, emails, and correspondence.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks
such as preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and maintaining customer
records.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure
timely order processing and delivery.
Maintain organized filing systems for customer and
sales documentation.
Follow up with clients on quotations, payments, and
delivery schedules.
Help organize meetings, company events, and sales
activities.
Ensure the reception and office area are always
presentable and well-maintained.
Requirements:
Ability to contribute positively as part of a team,
assisting with various tasks as required.
Good computer literacy and ability to work with
Microsoft Word and other basic software.
Completed a relevant academic background.
Prior experience as a front office coordinator or in
a related field will be added advantage.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with multitasking
ability.
Excellent communication in English and Sinhala and
time management skills.
