Job Description
Responsibilities :
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and
customer satisfaction.
Ability to interpret customer needs into solution-based
demonstrations using experimentation and questioning techniques.
Excellent skills in maintaining a high level of productivity in a
fast-paced team environment while managing multiple competing priorities/sales
support / professional service activities
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Excellent skills in eliminating sales obstacles through
creative/adaptive/consultative approaches.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting
clients’ objectives.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established
rules and guidelines.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) to technical and
non-technical users, including experience responding to RFIs / RFPs/
Questionnaires.
Ability to manage time, prepare and deliver detailed product/
technical discussions and presentations, at times with concise notice and
limited preparation time, but with professionalism.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Management / Administration sales or
relevant field
MBA/ related professional qualifications (CIMA/SLIM) will be an
added advantage.
Previous experiance in working with IT & Network products and
services related to Banking and Finance field will be an added advantage
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales
executive or a relevant role
