Job Description
Responsibilities :
Should display remarkable conflict management and decision making skills with a solid understanding of employee relations and all HR functions including payroll and benefit management.
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries.
Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activities
Requirements :
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or Related.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience handling all HR functions.
Experience into the Higher Education Industry is definitely an added advantage.
Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
