➢ Identify potential customers and leverage market knowledge and expertise to increase the Sales of Steam Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters and other Heating Equipment.
➢ Prepare techno-commercial offers and reports.
➢ Manage negotiations of sales contracts and order closures.
➢ Provide design parameters for customized products and strategize the sales of newly launched products by liaising with Principals.
➢ Liaise with Associates to develop sales strategies, derive Annual Business Plans, driving market share in all product lines.
➢ Execute internal and external business strategies to optimize customer relationships.
➢ Manage monthly information sheets (MIS) and year-end close processes with Associates and within the Business Development Division.
➢ Work with Business Intelligence and Marketing to improve the Business of assigned verticals.
➢ Organize Customer Meet Forums to present new products and engineering solutions to overcome manufacturing challenges.
➢ Recruit sales team, set objectives, define roles and responsibilities, and monitor performance, conduct performance review, ensuring their KPI objectives are achieved.
➢ Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.
Position Requirements:
➢ 5 years of experience in the field of Capital Equipment Sales such as boilers, Chillers, Compressors, DG Sites etc, in Sri Lanka & Maldives.
➢ Degree / Diploma in Thermodynamics, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering from a reputed University in Sri Lanka / Overseas is also preferred
➢ Excellent Rapport with Industries
➢ Possess Skilled in Enquiry Generation, Order Closure, Strategic Business Plans Across BOI/ NON BOI & conversion
➢ Market Intelligence to understand competition strategies
➢ To command & communicate in local language
➢ With Good Communications Skills, Negotiations, Presentations, Fast learner
➢Willing to travel extensively across the island wide to generate the sales
