Research and identify new business opportunities - including new
markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products
and services.
Seek out the appropriate contact DMU (decision making units) in
an organization.
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
Ensure targets been achieved in time.
Ability to carry our product demos and explain the company
values to the client.
Accurately forecast the revenue and periodically present to the
management with strategies to achieve them.
Draw up effective Strategy/Account plan to close the deals while
ensuring to overcome bottleneck/challenges.
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond
effectively with a plan of how to meet them.
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and
objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or
services and be able to advise others about them.
Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases.
Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
Initiate and assist the marketing department to generate
brochures, marketing messages, campaigns, events etc to ensure
the company and its products are positioned well with the target
market.
Prepare proposals and related documentations that would be part
of a sales cycle

Requirements :
Proven work experience as an BDM with minimum 3-4 years of
experience.
Experience in an international ERP product selling.
Exposure to Cloud Computing, Cyber security would be an
added advantage .
Proven track record of closing high value deals.
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
Good with numbers and having a good business acumen.
Thorough knowledge of Technology trends.
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize
important projects.
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
Qualification in Marketing or relevant field.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience in Solution selling than box product selling.

attitude.
