Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for the operation
Securing new business leads
Drive and achieve sales targeting and annual revenue of the company and ensure effective sales management
Expanding the distribution width and depth
Train, guide, motivate and lead the sales team to achieve the company objective
Should have the capacity to provide hand-on field training if required

Requirements:

Sound and educational background and if any professional qualification in sales marketing will be added advantage
Minimum 5 years experience in the electrical and hardware or FMCG industry with capacity to organize and handle dealer networks for optimum result
2-years of experience in field sales management
Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, both written & spoken/ability to speak in English & Tamil will be added in advantage
