Identify key channels and executive sales plans with precision
Manage a network of distributors for territory coverage and execution excellence
Inspire, coach, and monitor a team of DSR's for sales and distribution excellence
Develop routine reports on management reviews of territory performance
Requirements:
More than 5 years of sales experience in the electrical and hardware or FMCG segment & a minimum of one year experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
Retention of existing business and identification of growth opportunities to expand customer base
Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, both written and spoken/ability to speak in English and Tamil will be an added advantage
A pleasing personality and willingness to long hours and any part of the country
