Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance for secretarial functions.
- Assist and coordinating various tasks/ activities between the Management and other departments in order to manage daily functions smoothly.
- Maintain the Executive calendar and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate correspondence relating to the management meeting, maintaining the minutes and records for same and following up on action points.
- Responsible for the preparation of board papers to be sent to board and responsible for following up on directions.
- Responsible for trade contracts management of the company.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent professional Qualifications with sound educational background
- Minimum 01-02 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent command of English and Sinhala language both writing and verbal together with PR skills
- Strong organizational and Management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Ability to Manage internal and external correspondence.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
