Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Drive the design and delivery of Veracity.DEV products
• Mentor and train team members on design & coding to increase quality & productivity
• Drive cross-collaboration across Veracity.DEV teams and foster innovation
• Drive technical long term strategy for Veracity.DEV

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT (or equivalent)
• Over 5 years of experience leading, guiding, & mentoring technical teams
• Over 10 years of combined experience in the software industry
• Hands-on experience with: 

1. Building web apps with React/TypeScript
2. Building backends on Node.js platform
3. Relational databases like PostgreSQL o Micro-service like architectures
4. Running devops on Kubernetes

Desirable qualifications:

• Masters degree in business management or a technology field
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin/Java
• Hands-on experience with Dart/Flutter
