Candidate Requirements:




  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, CIM or MBA and 15+ years in salesand marketing with at least 8+ years of experience managing a direct sales force.



  • Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high-performance sales team and ademonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team.



  •  Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage business to meetorganizational objectives.



  • Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and coach team members.



  • Ability to achieve sales plans and exceptional negotiation skills.



  • Strategy development, project management, problem solving and change management skills.



  • Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.



  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.



  • Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management.



  • Is proactive and anticipates potential problems before they can hinder a company's success.



  • Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.



 



 



Job Role:





  • Developing a budget and regularly reporting actual performance to the budget with variance analysis and revised projections.



  • Keep current with demand and supply of company's products/services, economic indicators, changing trends and its competitors.



  • Negotiating major deals and maintaining key customer contacts at senior levels.



  • Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead nationwide direct sales personnel toward achievement of organizational sales objectives.



  • Develop competencies and processes required to create an effectiveand efficient sales organization.



  • Provide leadership through effectivecommunication of vision, activecoaching and development whilecomparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.



  • Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities



  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of dealers and distribution channels.



  • Develop sales presentations for senior management, board of directors and customers.



  • Oversee promotions, collections and other activitiesto achieveset KPls.



  • Participate in sales conferences, industry meetings and social networks to represent the organization.



  • Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance,Logistics, and Customer Service etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities
