 Job Description

•          Developing policies, procedures, Job Description & evaluation/grading, Performance Management, Talent Management in order to drive people agenda and employee engagement.


•          Understands the labour laws and compliances and manages the factory HR effectively


•          Managing end to end HR for the Sri Lanka organization from recruitment, development to exit procedures


•          Managing employee database and updating the same at regular intervals 


•          Key accountability is held for the  talent acquisition and retention plan including campus program and alternate ways to source talent, compensation and benefits in line with corporate HR guidelines, talent development plan, employee engagement and welfare activities.


•          Complying with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions.


•          Work closely with Corporate HR to ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures & guidelines in line with local laws and legislations.


•          Design and execute, employee retention programmes by analyzing the business demands and industrial trends.


•           Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.


•          Sourcing, recruiting and on boarding new hires and replacements.


•          Providing directions of specific HR transactional activities, which include; compensation and Benefits, training and development, exit formalities, and administration.


•          Work with Management to identify skill gaps, prepare for personal development and Talent management.


•          Plan, organize and execute Employee engagement and welfare activities.


•          Handle Employee Disciplinary Management, Grievances and Counselling.


•          Managing salaries and administration of on roll and outsourced employees & liaison with outsource Company.


•          Chief administrative liaison for all BOI and other Government related organizations related to employee related work facilitating movement and settling of new employees


•          Managing and optimizing Fixed Overhead Budgets in order to reduce unwanted costs.


•          Supervising team of Front Desk & IT Support officers to execute admin related activities
